Raimundo Marquez
Co-Founder & Principal Strategist
Ray brings a builder's pragmatism to wealth strategy. With over a decade in real estate project management — leading acquisitions, developments, and value-add remodeling projects from the ground up — he learned asset protection, entity structuring, and business credit by using them in his own ventures, not just studying them. That hands-on foundation shapes the education-first, precision-driven approach he's known for at Vermilion Vitez.
Today Ray teaches entrepreneurs and families sophisticated, privacy-conscious strategies around asset protection, capital and credit strategy, entity layering, and multi-generational wealth — without conflicts of interest. Unlike traditional attorneys who profit from managing structures, Ray empowers clients to understand and administer their own arrangements, so the knowledge stays where it belongs: with the client.
Vinny Paschoalini
Founder & Trust Architect
Vinny's path to trust architecture started in the field, not a law office. An entrepreneur with more than a decade in construction and remodeling, he built and ran his own companies before turning that same discipline to trust law — mastering private contractual trusts, irrevocable structures, and the Uniform Commercial Code. As trustee of his own family's private trust structures, the strategies he teaches are the ones he lives.
As Founder of Vermilion Vitez, Vinny educates clients on asset protection, privacy, and succession planning through private trusts, business formation, and wealth optimization — translating complex legal and financial concepts into actionable, results-oriented strategies with full transparency and no management conflicts. He is also the author of Divine Strategy: In Your Own Self Lies Destiny, a book on faith, strategic thinking, and financial wisdom. Vinny believes in empowering clients through education, not dependency on ongoing professional fees.
Our Story
Vermilion Vitez was founded to bridge the gap between complex wealth, business, and legacy strategies and the practical needs of high-achieving individuals and families. Most entrepreneurs discover — often too late — that the structures protecting generational wealth aren't taught in business school. They're locked behind expensive attorney fees and ongoing management relationships that create dependency instead of ownership.
With deep experience in private trust structures, business formation and acquisitions, real estate investing, and strategic wealth planning, our leadership brings a rare combination of structural, financial, and strategic expertise. Ray and Vinny built Vermilion Vitez on a simple belief: if you understand how these structures work, you can own them — not rent them.
We believe that true legacy requires more than just accumulation — it requires thoughtful architecture, privacy, and a clear succession path. We work collaboratively with your licensed attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors to ensure every strategy we teach is implemented correctly and compliantly. That is what we deliver.
