Bank transfer, not a gift card
Commissions go on hold while the buyer's refund window runs, then show as Ready to pay. Request it and it goes to the bank account you saved.
- 30 days for trust and foundation packages, 90 days for filings, registered agent and other services.
- ACH to your US checking or savings account, normally 1 to 2 business days after approval. Zelle, PayPal, Venmo and check on request.
- Your account number is encrypted the moment you save it and never shown again.
- Every commission, hold date and payout is listed in your dashboard with an email when money is sent.

How much can I earn?
You start at 15% and can rise to 50% as you produce. The rate applies to the profit on each sale: our price minus what we pay our filing partner to fulfil it. State fees, IRS fees and card fees pass through at cost. Your exact rate and a per-product earnings card are in your dashboard.
Is there a cost to join?
No. A free member account is all you need. You sign the affiliate agreement online and your link, QR code and dashboard are ready immediately.
When and how do I get paid?
Trust and foundation packages clear 30 days after purchase; filings, registered agent and other services clear after 90 days. Cleared commissions show as Ready to pay. Add a bank account once and request a payout: it goes out by ACH, normally landing in one to two business days after approval. Zelle, PayPal, Venmo and check are also available.
How long does my referral last?
Anyone who opens your link and buys within 90 days is credited to you. Your code works on any page of vermilionvitez.com.
How do I track clicks and sales?
Your dashboard shows link clicks by page and by day, referred sales, conversion, commissions on hold, ready to pay and paid, and every payout with its status.
Can I recruit other affiliates?
Yes. Once you have a sale of your own you earn a 10% override on the commissions of affiliates you recruit, one level only. There is no second level and recruiting alone earns nothing.
Can I promote on social media?
Yes, on any platform, newsletter, podcast or website. Disclose the affiliate relationship per FTC guidelines, never send spam, and never present yourself as an attorney, CPA or financial advisor on our behalf.
