Portfolio Compliance · For holding companies & investors
Every LLC you own. One deadline board.
Ten entities across four states means ten annual-report rules, ten registered-agent renewals, and a stack of state mail that never arrives at the same address twice. The portfolio board puts every deadline, every good-standing status, and every piece of agent mail on one screen — and a person still files.

How it works
Three steps from a pile of entities to one board
Every LLC carries its own state rule, its own anniversary, and its own agent. The board normalizes all of it into a single reminder stream, and keeps a person in the loop where it matters.
1. Add each entity
Name, state, and formation month for every LLC in the portfolio. Holding companies, property LLCs, series members — anything registered with a Secretary of State.
2. We map every deadline
Each state's annual-report rule comes from our sourced Secretary of State dataset — fixed date, formation anniversary, or no report — plus the registered-agent renewal for each entity.
3. One board, one reminder stream
Good standing, agent mail, and renewals for every entity in a single view with a 90-day look-ahead. The board tells you what is due; you or your agent files it.

What the board watches
Three streams, one screen
Each stream has its own reminder cadence and its own escalation rule. The higher the stakes, the sooner a person is pulled in.
Good standing
Annual reports and franchise-tax reports for every entity, by each state's rule. Reminders at 60, 30, and 7 days so no LLC slips into delinquent status.
Registered-agent mail
Service of process, Secretary of State notices, and tax letters, scanned to the dashboard the day they arrive and tagged to the entity they belong to.
Renewals & licenses
Registered-agent renewals, local business licenses, and rental or contractor permits you add to the board. Lapses here are the ones that stop a closing.
FAQ
Questions investors ask us
Is this legal advice?
No. The portfolio board is an educational compliance tool, not legal or tax advice. Vermilion Vitez is not a law firm or an accounting firm. It maps public state deadlines to the entities you enter and reminds you; it does not interpret the law for your situation. For questions about a specific entity, a lawsuit, or a tax position, talk to an attorney or CPA.
Does it file for me?
No. The board maps deadlines and keeps a reminder stream; you or your agent files each report with the state. When the registered-agent service is attached, official mail for every entity is scanned to your dashboard the day it arrives, so the person who files always has the notice in hand.
Which entities can I add?
LLCs formed in any of the 50 states or the District of Columbia. States that use a formation-anniversary rule are computed from the formation month you enter; fixed-date states use the same date for every entity. Local licenses and permits are added by you as extra reminders.
Where do the due dates come from?
Each state's Secretary of State filing page, linked on every entity tile — the same sourced dataset behind our Annual Report Deadline Calculator. Rules change and some states have first-year exceptions, so confirm the date with the state before you rely on it.
Put every entity under one registered agent.
The portfolio board comes free with registered agent service — $74.25 per entity, per year, in any state. One dashboard, one renewal stream, every notice scanned the day it lands.
