Question 1 of 7 Private — nothing is sent until you choose to

What best describes you today?

Why we ask: an LLC protects a business or a property; a trust protects what you already own and how it passes on. The right first step depends on which you have.

Roughly how much do you own or control?

Why we ask: below about $1M the cost of a trust usually outweighs what it protects. Above it, privacy and probate avoidance start to pay for themselves.

What is the one problem you most want solved?

Why we ask: liability points to an entity, taxes point to an election, legacy and privacy point to a trust. One goal, one structure.

What do you already have in place?

Why we ask: a trust is a second layer. If there is no first layer yet, the honest answer is usually "form the entity first".

How soon do you want this handled?

Why we ask: "just learning" is a real answer. We would rather send you a guide than a checkout link.

How much help do you want?

Why we ask: the same structure can be a self-serve filing, a guided package, or a done-for-you engagement. The price follows the help, not the paperwork.

Is there a lawsuit, judgment, or claim you can see coming right now?

Why we ask: moving assets after a claim is foreseeable is the single most common mistake we see, and courts can unwind it. If the answer is yes, the right next step is a conversation, not a package.

Why this fits your answers

    Do this, in this order

Email me this plan + the free guide

One email with your match, the three steps above, and our Business Trust & Private Structures guide (PDF). No drip campaign, no calls unless you book one.

This match is based on your answers and general education about how LLCs and trusts are commonly used. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and the right choice for you may differ. We are not a law firm.

      How the match works

      Three rules behind every answer

There is no score to game. The quiz applies the same three rules we use on a free call, so the answer you get here is the answer you would get from us.

      1. Entity before trust

A trust holds things. If you have no LLC, no property, and no business with real value, there is nothing for it to hold yet. We say so, and point you to the filing that comes first.

      2. Clean slate before moving anything

If a claim is already foreseeable, transferring assets can be reversed and can make things worse. That answer routes you to a conversation, never to a checkout page.

      3. One goal, one structure

Liability points to an LLC. Overpaying tax points to an S corp election. Probate and privacy point to a trust. We match the structure to the problem you named, not to the most expensive package.

      The possible matches

Every result is a real next step

      • Form the LLC first$123.75 plus your state fee, registered agent, and the compliance calendar. The trust comes later, once there is something to hold.
      • Add the private trustYou already have the entity. The $1,900 Irrevocable Private Trust package adds the privacy and hand-off layer.
      • LLC and trust togetherBoth layers in one order; the trust is $1,520 when bundled with formation instead of $1,900.
      • Fix the tax leakYou have the LLC and the problem is tax. The S corp election is a filing, not a new structure.
      • Talk firstComplex, high-value, or a claim on the horizon: a free call is the right next step, and sometimes the answer is "not yet".
      • Learn firstNo timeline and nothing to protect yet: the free guide and the Trust vs LLC comparator, no checkout.

      FAQ

Questions people ask before they start

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. The quiz is education: it applies general rules about how LLCs and trusts are commonly used to the answers you give. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and we are not a law firm. For a decision specific to your situation, work with a licensed attorney or tax professional. We are happy to be the people who prepare the documents once you know what you want.

Do I need to enter my email to see my result?

No. Your match appears the moment you answer the last question. The email box below it is optional: it sends you the same plan plus our Business Trust & Private Structures guide as a PDF. One email, no drip campaign.

Do I need a trust if I already have an LLC?

Not always. An LLC separates business liability from your personal assets. A trust does a different job: it keeps ownership private and passes assets to heirs without probate. If neither privacy nor a clean hand-off is on your list yet, the quiz will tell you to keep running the LLC well and come back later.

What does the $1,900 Irrevocable Private Trust include?

An educational program on private trust concepts, a strategy consultation, example trust documents prepared around the details you give us, entity integration guidance, 30-day follow-up support, and a year of access to our Private University. It is $1,900 one-time, or $1,520 when bundled with your LLC formation.

Why does the quiz ask about lawsuits?

Because moving assets after a claim is foreseeable can be treated as a fraudulent transfer and reversed. If you answer that a claim is possible or active, we do not recommend any package. We recommend a free call so you can get the timing right before anything moves.

Can I retake it or share my result?

Yes. Your answers are saved in your browser, so a refresh keeps your place. The "Copy a link" button gives you a URL that reopens your exact match, which is useful for sharing with a spouse, partner, or advisor before you decide.

Two minutes now beats a wrong structure later.

Get the match, keep the plan, and decide on your own timeline. If the honest answer is "not yet", you will hear that too.
