Business Toll-Free Line · $24 a month
A toll-free number for your business. The calls ring your cell.
Put an 833, 844, 855, 866, 877 or 888 number on your truck, your website and your invoices. Every call rings the phone already in your pocket, missed calls go to voicemail and land in your email, and every call shows up in your call log.
Hand out your personal cell and it's printed on every flyer and saved in every customer's contacts for good. A business line you can point at any phone, and cancel when you want, keeps the two apart.

How it works
From checkout to your first call in three steps
No desk phone, no app on your cell, no carrier contract. You manage the line from your member dashboard; the calls come to the phone you already answer.
1. Pick your number
Choose a prefix and search for digits you like — your street number, the year you opened. Pick it and it stays on your account for as long as you subscribe.
2. Point it at your cell
Enter the US cell that should ring and the business name for your greeting. We call that cell once with a 6-digit code to verify it, then calls start forwarding.
3. See every call
Answered, missed and voicemail calls land in your call log with the time and length. Voicemails are emailed to you and play from the dashboard.

What does toll-free actually mean?
Callers dial your number without a long-distance charge; the business line pays for the call minutes instead. That's why the plan includes a monthly minute allowance. Per the FCC, callers on a mobile phone may still use their own plan's airtime unless they have unlimited calling.
Where do the calls ring?
On the US mobile number you choose. You answer on the phone you already carry; there's no app or desk phone to install. You can change the forwarding number from your dashboard at any time.
Can I send or receive text messages on it?
Not yet. The line handles voice calls and voicemail only today.
Can I call 911 from this number?
No. The line forwards incoming calls to your cell; it doesn't place outgoing calls and it isn't an emergency service. In an emergency, dial 911 from your cell phone as usual.
What happens when I miss a call?
The caller can leave a voicemail. The recording is emailed to your member account email and listed in your call log, where you can play it back.
What happens if I use all 300 minutes?
300 minutes included each month. After that, callers go straight to your voicemail until your next billing cycle. Fair-use daily limits apply. There are no overage charges; your dashboard shows the minutes used so far.
How do I cancel?
Open Manage billing from your phone dashboard, or go to the billing portal, and cancel the subscription. It's month-to-month with no contract.
What happens to my number if I cancel?
It's held for 30 days after you cancel, then released and can be assigned to someone else. If you want to move it to another provider, contact support during those 30 days and we'll handle the port-out request.
What do you keep, and for how long?
Voicemail recordings are kept for 90 days and call logs for 18 months. Calls may be analyzed by our carrier for fraud prevention.
Why does checkout ask for an EIN or state entity ID?
The line is for business use only. Your EIN or the ID your state gave your LLC or corporation tells us which business the line belongs to.
The number you like today can be gone tomorrow.
Toll-free numbers go first come, first served. Pick yours, point it at your cell, and put it on everything.
