The state fee is the same either way; the card processing fee is the same rate (2.9% + 30¢) on each total. The operating agreement (or bylaws) is included with every formation, so it is not counted in the savings.

Do I own the toll-free number?
No. Toll-free numbers are assigned to you for as long as the line is active — they are not sold. You can request a port-out to another provider. After you cancel, the number is held for 30 days, then released.
What if I don't have an SSN?
EIN filing is included for owners with a U.S. SSN. Without an SSN the IRS process differs, and EIN filing costs an extra $75.
What happens after the first month?
The Business Toll-Free Line continues at $24/mo. Cancel anytime from your billing portal. The registered agent renews at $74.25/yr after year 1.
Can I choose LLC or C-Corp?
Yes. The Day-One Bundle covers either entity type. You pick LLC or C-Corp when you order.
Who is my registered agent?
Registered Agents Inc is the registered agent of record for year one (and for renewals). Vermilion Vitez files your formation and coordinates the service; we are not the registered agent.
Is the operating agreement really included?
Yes. Every formation includes an operating agreement (LLC) or bylaws plus an organizational resolution (C-Corp). That document is included whether you buy formation alone or the Day-One Bundle, so it is not part of the $41.25 savings math.
Can I call 911 from this number?
No. The line forwards incoming calls to your cell; it doesn't place outgoing calls and it isn't an emergency service. In an emergency, dial 911 from your cell phone as usual.
Can I cancel the phone line?
Yes. After the included first month the line is $24/mo with no contract. Cancel anytime. After cancellation the number is held for 30 days.
I already have an LLC — can I still get the line?
Yes. If you already have an entity, order the Business Toll-Free Line on its own at /business-phone for $24/mo. The Day-One Bundle is for founders forming now.
