Each price below is on our pricing page and the LLC formation page. We can prove two things: every charge is listed here, and the total shows before you pay.

The Day-One Bundle toll-free line is the one recurring charge on the site, and only if you choose the bundle. Registered agent service is provided through our partner Registered Agents Inc., the registered agent of record; Vermilion Vitez is the reseller.
What is not on the bill
- A monthly plan to cancel on a formation order.
- A first-year teaser rate on the registered agent. The renewal is the same $74.25.
- An upsell attached to the filing. Add-ons are separate and priced before you buy.
- A fee for the operating agreement or bylaws. They are included with every formation.
- Documents held back inside a plan. The filed articles, operating agreement and EIN letter are delivered to you.
- A total you only see after paying. The state fee and card processing are in the order form first.
What to check anywhere
Before you buy from any formation service, price the same order and look for a monthly plan, a renewal price that differs from the first-year price, and anything set to charge your card on its own. Published prices from each provider's own page:
- LegalZoom (checked October 30, 2026): Basic is $0 + state fee. Managed Service is $249 + state fee and Expert Service is $299 + state fee; each auto-renews after 30 days at $49 a month or $99 a month unless cancelled.
- ZenBusiness (checked October 30, 2026): Formation starts at $0 + state fees. Registered agent service and Worry-Free Compliance are each listed at $199 a year.
- Northwest Registered Agent (checked October 23, 2026): The LLC package is $39 + state fee, with registered agent service then $125 a year. Its site blocked our automated re-check on October 30, so this figure keeps the October 23 date.
