Know where your DOT files stand before an auditor asks
Medical cards lapse, annual Clearinghouse queries come due and driver files go incomplete, one driver at a time. A notebook does not warn you.
See what the dashboard tracksShort answer
DOT Compliance is a fleet dashboard for carriers with up to 25 drivers and vehicles. It scores your driver files, vehicles and Clearinghouse queries against the six DOT audit areas and reminds you before dates lapse. Small Fleet is $49/month and Growing Fleet is $129/month, month-to-month. Not legal or regulatory advice.

A new-entrant carrier
FMCSA's new-entrant safety audit reviews the same records, within 12 months of getting authority.
A small fleet tracking dates by hand
Built for the carrier whose medical card dates live in a notebook or a spreadsheet.
You need more than 25, or someone to file
Plans stop at 25 drivers and vehicles. We track and remind; we do not file with FMCSA for you.
What does the dashboard track?
Driver files
Six qualification-file items per driver: application, MVR, road test, CDL copy, prior-employer checks and annual review.
Medical certificates
An expiry date for every driver. An expired or missing card shows as a gap.
Clearinghouse queries
Log each driver's last query date and the next one is due a year later. You run it at clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov.
Vehicles
The annual inspection date and last maintenance entry for each unit.
Reminders
Emails at 90, 60, 30 and 7 days, and again when a date is overdue, including the UCR registration window.
Audit packet export
Readiness, drivers, vehicles and deadlines on one printable packet. It opens in your browser; print it to PDF.
Drug & alcohol program and hours of service are attestations: you record consortium enrollment, program documents and the date you last verified a six-month ELD export.

Is this legal or regulatory advice?
No. DOT Compliance is a recordkeeping and deadline-tracking tool. It shows which files are incomplete or expiring against published FMCSA requirements, but you remain responsible for your compliance and any filings. We are not a law firm.
Do you file anything with FMCSA for me?
No. You run Clearinghouse queries at clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov and record the date in the dashboard. We track the deadline and remind you, and you file directly, so there is no markup on any government step.
How is this different from the free check?
The free six-point check emails you a gap report with the records to fix first. The paid plan adds the ongoing dashboard, reminders and audit packet export.
What happens if I add more drivers than my plan covers?
The dashboard stops you at the plan limit: 10 drivers and vehicles on Small Fleet, 25 on Growing Fleet. Plan changes go through the billing portal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both plans are month-to-month. Export your audit packet before you go, because the records are your files.
