Ray spent more than ten years in real estate project management, running acquisitions, developments, and remodels. He learned entity structure, asset protection, and business credit by using them in his own ventures.

At Vermilion Vitez he leads strategy and compliance: formation, credit and funding readiness, and keeping each company in good standing as filing deadlines come around. He explains each step as he goes, so clients understand what they own and can manage it themselves.

Trustee, Sapientia Foundation (charitable trust)

Vinny built and ran his own construction and remodeling companies for more than a decade before founding Vermilion Vitez. He later studied trust law and private contractual trusts, and he is trustee of his own family's trust structures.

Today he leads product and operations, including the software and AI-assisted tools the team builds in-house for formation and compliance. He works with owners on formation, succession planning, and privacy, and puts the options in plain language. He also wrote Divine Strategy: In Your Own Self Lies Destiny, a book on faith, strategic thinking, and money.
