What Delaware requires of a registered agent

Delaware follows the rule every state and DC share: an LLC or corporation must continuously maintain a registered agent, and that agent must have a physical street address in Delaware (a registered office) where someone is available during normal business hours. Who can be the registered agent for a Delaware LLC
