Do I need a corporate seal?

A seal is optional for most everyday paperwork. Some banks, landlords or foreign offices still ask for an embossed seal, and some owners just prefer to have one. If you are unsure, ask your attorney.

What is the difference between the kits?

Corporate Book and Seal is a 2-inch binder in a slipcase with certificates, minutes, ledgers, labels and a seal. GoBook is a slim zip binder with 20 share certificates, with or without a seal. Certificates x10 is just the certificates.

How long does shipping take?

Your kit ships after we confirm your details, and we email you tracking when it does. Shipping is included in every price.

Can I order for a corporation?

Yes. The form takes a Limited Liability Company, a Corporation or a Non-Profit Corporation. Both binders work for an LLC or a corporation.

What if my details are wrong?

Email admin@vermilionvitez.com as soon as you notice. The company name and formation year go on the seal, so we check them before it ships.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. The shipping address must be in the United States.
